On my mind today: Gratitude

He wakes me with tea and kisses... and I am grateful. As he climbs out of the shower he reminds me to drink my tea and then kisses me again, saying that he's trying to establish where I am. "I'm still sleeping" I respond, but I know what he means and I am grateful. Before I rush off to the office the Princes stumble into the kitchen one by one, give me hugs, make me coffee and I am grateful. We plan their day and we plan my day, I catch a glimpse of where they're at and I am grateful. I'm grateful that we allow each other into our secret places, I'm grateful that we feel safe enough to share and I'm grateful for time - time to take a moment to ask, to share... and to be grateful.
